Week 1 - Program Launch & Group Orientation Get oriented, meet your cohort, and establish the group code that makes this a high-trust environment. We introduce the Sigmoid Curve framework, a powerful lens for understanding where you and your organization are in the growth cycle, and the 3 Eyes of Business to sharpen how you see opportunity and risk.
Week 2 - Who You Are as a Leader & Your 5 Leadership Swings Explore the core drivers behind your leadership identity. Identify the 5 key swings that will create a lasting impact and complete your DISC behavioral assessment
Week 3 - DISC Behavioral Profile Debrief Unpack your DISC results with the group. Understand your behavioral strengths, blind spots, and how your natural style impacts the people you lead.
Week 4 - Core Values, Vision, Mission & Purpose Define what you stand for and where you're headed. Leaders who lack clarity here make inconsistent decisions and build inconsistent teams. This session gives you the foundation everything else is built on.

Week 5 - Leadership Styles & Maturity Assessment Discover the full spectrum of leadership styles and where you naturally land. Complete a leadership maturity assessment to identify your current level and the gap between where you are and where you need to be.
Week 6 - Leadership Assessment Debrief & Personal SWOT Review your assessment results and build a candid Personal SWOT Analysis, your honest inventory of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as a leader.
Week 7 - Executive Presence & Personal Brand How you show up matters as much as what you know. Learn how top leaders carry themselves and begin building a deliberate personal leadership brand.
Week 8 - Balance, Diamond Mapping & Your Personal Performance Plan High performance is unsustainable without balance. Use the Diamond Mapping framework to assess your life across all key dimensions and build a Personal Performance Plan that supports both your leadership and your life.

Week 9 - Followership: Why People Follow (or Don't) Before you can lead, you need to understand what makes someone worth following. This session reframes leadership from your perspective to your team's, a shift that changes everything.
Week 10 - Emotional Intelligence & EQ Assessment Emotional intelligence is the single greatest predictor of leadership effectiveness. Complete the TTI EQ Assessment and begin understanding how your emotions and reactions shape your team's culture.
Week 11 - EQ Assessment Debrief Unpack your EQ results in depth. Identify the specific emotional competencies holding you back and the ones you can leverage immediately.
Week 12 - Strengthening a Positive Culture & High-Performing Team (Part 1) Culture isn't a poster on the wall, it's what happens when no one is watching. Learn the frameworks for intentionally building a team culture that drives performance, loyalty, and results.
Week 13 - Building a Positive Culture & High-Performing Team (Part 2) Continue building your culture and teambuilding toolkit. Apply what you've learned to real challenges inside your own organization.

Week 14 - Strategic Planning & KPIs Learn how elite leaders think strategically, not just operationally. Build the planning framework and key performance indicators that keep your team aligned and moving in the right direction.
Week 15 - Goal Setting That Actually Works Most goal setting fails because it lacks structure, accountability, and follow-through. This session installs a goal setting system designed for leaders who need results, not intentions.
Week 16 - Effective Communication in Every Direction (Part 1) Great leaders communicate up, down, and across. This session covers the principles of omni-directional communication, the ability to influence and align everyone in your orbit regardless of their position or title.
Week 17 - Effective Communication in Every Direction (Part 2) Put the frameworks into practice. Work through real communication scenarios and leave with tools you can apply immediately with your team, your peers, and your leadership above you.

Week 18 - Executive Presentations The ability to command a room is non-negotiable at the executive level. Learn the structure, delivery, and presence required to present with authority whether you're addressing 5 people or 5000.
Week 19 - Priority & Time Management (Part 1) You can't lead at a high level if you're buried in the wrong work. Learn the prioritization frameworks that elite leaders use to protect their time and stay focused on what actually moves the needle.
Week 20 - Priority & Time Management (Part 2) Deepen your time mastery practice. Build a personal time management system you can sustain and refine the habits that keep high performers operating at peak efficiency.
Week 21 - Delegation Mastery Most leaders know they should delegate more. Few actually do it well. This session gives you the structrure, language, and confidence to delegate effectively without losing control of outcomes.
Week 22 - Decision Making Speed and quality of decisions separates good leaders from great ones. Learn the decision making frameworks used by senior executives to evaluate options faster, manage risk, and move with conviction.
